After breakfast, we hit the road to Ifran. We stop by the lion symbol that
sits in the heart of the town. It was carved by a German soldier during
WWII… During this journey, we experience glimpses of the Atlas
Mountains. Stop along the famous cedar forest - the largest in Morocco –
where you may see the barbary apes. Lunch on the sport, later on, we
drive to Merzouga via the Anti-Atlas. Carry on down the road via the
magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through lime stone mountains, stopping for
panoramic views along the way – seeing the dense canopy of palms
wedged between ancient striated cliffs which date to the Jurassic period.
Then it’s straight to the impressive Erg Chebbi dunes. Later embark on our
camel ride for an hour through the stunning dunes, the clean air and the
beautiful sunset will provide us unforgettable moments, we continue to the
camp after the sunset where you will be welcome with tea and nuts. Diner
and stay overnight in a luxury camp.
Enjoy breakfast in the camp before we start our adventure trip. We will
visit the surrounding Berber villages and get closer contact with the Berber
culture. We drive to Rissani, an ancient capital for the Alaouite Sultans
town. drive towards and Toudgha Gorges. The alluring beauty of the lush
palm grove along the valley are known for breathtaking views. Driving the
windy, and thin road will get our full attention as we get into the Gorges
which will allow you to get a full feel of the unbelievable glory of the
massive canyon walls, We the continuous to dades valley.
After breakfast, we drive to Kalaat M’gouna, “the Rose City”, Carry on to
Skoura and drive through the “Road of the Thousand Kasbahs” to
Ouarzazat city. We stop by The Atlas Studios is a film studio Measured by
acreage, it is the world's largest film studio. and continue to Ait
Benhaddou. It’s an infamous kasbah and the backdrop for many Hollywood
hits and Films such as Gladiator, The Mummy and Alexander were filmed
in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hitting the road! we climb through the
dramatic Tizi N’Tichka pass which reaches an altitude of 2260 M! we arrive
at Marrakech in the afternoon.
