We’ll start our exciting day by picking you up from your Hotel/Riad at 8:30 AM then hit
the road! We will climb through the dramatic Tizi n’Tichka pass which reaches an
altitude of 2260 M! On route to Ouarzazat “the Hollywood of Africa”, we’ll journey
through the High Atlas mountains passing via Berber villages and beautiful landscapes.
We will stop by The Studio Cinema, visit Kasbah Taourirt, a magnificent structure and a
historical monument giving tribute to the Glaoui. lunchtime, maybe it’s time to try some
great local cuisine. Later on, drive through the “Road of the Thousand Kasbahs”- seeing
the fascinating “Sandcastles”. Stop at Kalaat Mgouna. “Rose’s Kastel” known for roses
and its annual festival during the roses harvest in May. Then continue to our hotel in the
heart of the Dades Gorge where we will have dinner and a cozy night in the Hotel.

After breakfast in the hotel, we leave the Dades Gorges driving towards Tinghir and
Toudgha gorges, the alluring beauty of the lush palm grove along the valley have
known as a breathtaking views, Driving the windy, a thin road will get our full attention
as we get into the gorges which will allow you to get a full feel of the unbelievable glory
of the massive canyon walls reaching some 300 meters (900 feet) high and continuing
for some 100 meters (300 feet), Leaving the gorges not Far, we will stop for lunch in a
local restaurant, Our road will carry on to Arfoud where we would come across with a
fossil craft workshop, and it is our door to the gorgeous Dunes of erg Chebbi, take
breath and have a cup of tea before embarking on our camel ride for an hour through
the stunning dunes, the clean air and the beautiful sunset will take you’re your breath
and provide us an unforgettable moments, diner and overnight in a comfortable camp.

This morning will be an early one, you will rise up and hike up the dune in order to
enjoy what may just be the best sunrise of your life. Afterwards, you will hop on your
camel and trek throughout the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes back to your hotel., we will
visit the Berber villages along the surroundings and get a closer contact with the Berber

culture, hit the tracks to mines MIFISS and the desert plateau, we will drive among the
dunes while passing through the village of Khamliya, Visit the Musicians of Khamliya in
Merzouga, a century-old Gnaoua group that performs ancient trance music, the all the
way (30min) to Rissani town, This is the ancient capital for the Alaouit Sultans and the
most important market town for Sub-Sahara camel caravans, you will have a chance to
visit the big Souk, Lunch will be preorder in a family house, chat with local farewell them
with a cup of tea, and go back to Erg Chebbi dunes, free evening in one of the
breathtaking (swimming pool and dunes) view, Diner and Overnight in the hotel.

After breakfast and a much-needed shower at the camp you will depart to Rissani. This
is the ancient capital for the Alaouite Sultans and the most important market town for
Sub-Sahara camel caravans, you will have a chance to visit the big Souk.
We will continue our way to Ouarzazat through the Draa Valley, one of the longest palm
grove valleys in Morocco. Admire the charming adobe Kasbahs and Berber villages
along the road. As we are heading up to Ouarzazat you will notice the interesting
geological formations of the Draa Valley and Ait Saoun col.

We will start with breakfast in our hotel and then drive to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, It’s
an infamous kasbah and the scene for many Hollywood hits, Films such as Gladiator,
The Mummy and Alexander were filmed in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a
1-hour walking tour of the site, later on, we drive to the Atlas Mountains where we will
have a great local lunch. After lunch, we carry on to Marrakech passing through Tizi N'
Tichka. We arrive at Marrakech early evening drop you off at your hotel.
